The wine is made from hand- picked into small boxes. the vine spendabout 5 days in contact with the skins during the alcoholic fermentation, and finish in stainless steel. We keep cool in the tank to stop the malolactic fermentation. The bottling is in May and keeped 5 months before release. .

Tasting : brillant yellow, little intens because the maceration on the skins. Nose very floral and mineral, salty and vegetal. In the mouth is delicate, with good acidity and little bit tannic. Serving Suggestions: very good with sea food and white meat..
