ettore germano - vino bianco binel

After soft pressing of very ripe grapes, the free-run Chardonnay juice is fermanted in used barriques, and aged there until June of the following year; the Riesling is fermented in stainless steel. The wines are then blended together in July; after 6 months in the bottle they are released.

Tasting note: in the glass, the wine is straw-yellow; the sweet aroma of fresh fruit and flowers in accompanied by a hint of vanilla, with notes of herbs and toast. In the mouth the entry is warm and full, pleasantly supported by fresh acidity from Riesling. The wine has a very long finish.

Accompaniments: flavorful fish dishes, grilled crustaceans and particularly with cheeses. Both fresh and aged
